Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County, California. My wonderful husband JP and my jolly father Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and I am most popular with my followers. I post about my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. I moved to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not here sharing my life for you were it not for my parents love determination and dedication. With the opportunity to have a better life, I wanted to do my best to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. My plan of life was: I would go to university, get a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase a home. My goal was to attend college, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. I would then marry then buy a house, and have kids. However, life was not so sure. My corporate job in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money were not what I needed to feel happy. I believed that I wasted my life to earn a paycheck. I was passionate about fitness and being social and helping others while I walked the new direction in my life. I discovered my passion for personal training. The year 2014 was the year that I founded my small company and it will be the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. It's not common to see an Asian woman working in this field. My aim in the industry is to create a more healthy and sustainable life style that is in line with the desires of my clients. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to achieve their goals and achieve anything they desire in their life. While my career was taking flight, I lost my mother. It was the most devastating of them all. She fought a long and arduous struggle with scleroderma, and is now in Heaven as well as with me in my mind and heart always. It is amazing how life can give us the exact lesson we need, even when we don't realize that it is there. There are many ways that the loss of my mother affected me in many ways. I truly believe she offered me another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. The thing I'm feeling now as I enter my 30s, is a feeling of aliveness and awareness. It's like I'm truly living and not just existing. My experiences are shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories and thoughts. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is vital and normal. Health is the greatest riches. My hope is that you live life to your best and never have regrets when it comes to your final days. We are the only guarantee in our lives.
