Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th, 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been engaged with Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. In 1941, when Richard Bruce Cheney was 13, he and his family moved from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming which is where his father headed Casper Wyoming, where his father was the director of U.S. Department of Agriculture's regional conservation districts.
